Lingenfelter Viper 9.48 @ 145.96 MPH All Engine New Record
Description
As of January 22, 2010 no NA Viper has gone faster. This pass was made Saturday December 9, 2006, in Bradenton Florida. This is a Lingenfelter powered 1999 Dodge Viper set a new worlds record for fastest ΒΌ mile time with a normally aspirated Engine. This extremely fast red Viper blasted down the track with a best time of 9.48 @ 145.96 MPH. This Viper was powered buy a 540 CID Lingenfelter Viper engine and had previously held the record at 9.59 @ 147.22 MPH.
